1. How do I become a member of BAMBI?
Becoming a member is easy. There are two ways you can become a BAMBI member, choose which is best for you:
a) Registering at a playgroup or event:
If you're at BAMBI playgroups or events, you can pay 1000 Baht for your membership there. You will receive a New Member's card. If we run out of membership cards, you will be sent one by post. A few days after, your membership will be activated online and you will be able to log on to the website. Please complete your membership profile as soon as possible thereafter, so we can send you your monthly BAMBI magazine and your BAMBI membership card.
b) Registering Online
If you're applying online, please complete the NEW MEMBERS registration form found under ‘Not yet a member’ on the right hand side of this website and make 1000 Baht payment via bank or ATM transfer to:

Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email with login and password information. Please return to our website to complete your membership profile, if you have not done so, so we can send you your BAMBI magazine and your BAMBI membershp card.

2. How do I renew my BAMBI membership?
Renewing your BAMBI membership is easy. Thirty days prior to your membership expiration, an automatic email will be sent to your email address with details on how to renew your membership. You can also see how to renew here:
a) At a playgroup or event:
If you're at BAMBI playgroups or events, you can pay 1000 baht to renew your membership there. You will receive a new card with the new expiry date, but with the same membership number. We will soon thereafter reactivate your account.
b) Payment via bank or ATM
Please make a payment transfer of 1000 Baht. to the following account:

Once we receive your proof of payment, we will re-active your membership for another year. We will send you a new card with the new expiry date, but the same membership number. So please log in to your account and update your address, if necessary.

3. How can I post a classified advertisement if I am not a member?
First of all, we do get a lot of questions about posting advertisement to our classified section from non-members. We want to point out that BAMBI does not allow the posting of Business and Promotional advertisements on BAMBI Website Classified Advertisements section. If you are unsure whether or not your advertisement would be considered business or promotional, do not do any money transfer, send us your advertisement first to website@bambiweb.org, and if the advertisement is approved, we will wait for your payment (with proof) before posting your advertisement on BAMBI website.
If you've made a money transfer/donation without consulting with us with your advertisement, and it turns out we cannot post your advertisement, we will not offer you a refund, please be aware of this.
Non-members can now post advertisements on the website for a full month through the following easy steps:

2. Once transfer has been made, email a scanned copy of the payment slip along with the ad to the following addresses:

For those without scanners, simply take a photo of the payment slip and attach to email.
Donation and Policy details:
- A donation of 500THB for the 1st advertisement. Additional donation of 100THB for 2nd advertisement and another 100THB for 3rd advertisement.
- A maximum of 3 advertisements are allowed within a month and all 3 advertisements should be submitted at the same time.
- Please remember to include your contact details when placing an advertisement.
- Advertisements, once published on the website, can no longer be modified, except in dire cases such as wrong information provided.
- BAMBI does not allow the posting of Business and Promotional advertisements on BAMBI Website Classified Advertisements.
- It would take around 7 to 10 days for your advertisement to be activate from the day that we receive your advertisement.
- Due to volume of advertisements BAMBI receives everyday we are focusing only on activating the advertisements, BAMBI can’t delete any advertisement, the system will delete it automatically in 30 days.
If you are unsure whether or not your ad would be considered business or promotional, feel free to send your ad to website@bambiweb.org and we'll let you know.
4. I lost my membership card, how can I get a new one?
Please contact our New Members Coordinator, pay 100 Baht (via bank transfer--see account information above), and a replacement card will be sent to you.
5. I haven't received my magazine. Who do I contact?
Perhaps we do not have your correct address or your membership has expired. Please send an email to newmembers@bambiweb.org and database@bambiweb.org so we can figure out why you have not received your magazine.
6. I posted an advertisement in the Classified Section but have not seen it posted.
There could be a few reasons why your advertisement is not posted:
- You have forgotten to include your contact information
- Your advertisement can't be posted because it is considered business/promotional or commercial advertisement
- Your membership has expired, and you need to renew in order to post an advertisement
- Advertisements should not be placed on behalf of friends, they are for personal use only.
- It would take around 7 to 10 days for your advertisement to be activate from the day that we receive your advertisement.
- Please do not repost the same advertisement while it is still on the website, you could repost the same advertisement only after it has been removed from the website (30 days from the date the advertisement was first posted).
- Due to volume of advertisements BAMBI receives everyday we are focusing only on activating the advertisements, BAMBI can’t delete any advertisement, the system will delete it automatically in 30 days.

10. I have an event I would like posted in your Events in the Community Section. How do I do this?
Our policy for posting Events in the Community is that it must be family friendly (i.e no nudity, not affiliated with any religion, non-commercial). BAMBI gives priority to events with charity causes. BAMBI Events allows schools to post events on the calendar where BAMBI is the sponsor of the event, providing PR/Marketing support for events school's sponsor to benefit BAMBI members.
Please go to our Calendar tab>>Events in the Community>>Post Your Event to post your Events in the Community. Once it is approved, your event will be posted on our website.
11. I am a business. I want to offer discounts to BAMBI members. What do I do?
